Second, with property wide trip hazard removal you get the advantage of "economies of scale:" the more areas there are to grind, the lower the cost of each area. Small areas can range from $10 to $40, larger areas can be over $200. Once an area is nearing the $300 mark, you might want to consider replacing over repairing.

If you prefer to replace rather than repair, we do that too! Sometimes sidewalks have so much damage that replacing is even required. Underlying roots are removed to keep upheaval from occurring again soon. We use a portable, minimally invasive Mud Mixer concrete machine that easily gets into tight spots.
