Scout Services FL prefers property-wide trip hazard removals for two main reasons. First, when we complete a property, we want you to be trip hazard free for years to come. Second, the more areas there are to grind, the lower the cost of each area. Small areas can range from $20 to $80, larger areas can be over $150 to $300. Once an area is near the $300 mark, you might want to consider replacing over repairing.

If you prefer to replace rather than repair, we do that too! Sometimes sidewalks have so much damage that replacing is even required. Roots are removed if needed or preferred.
